How to get here

You can find us in downtown Hanover directly near the central railway station or underground station Kröpcke. Our cabinet is in the street Bahnhofstraße 12. You will find the entrance a little backwards right next to the “Footlocker” sports shop. We are on the 3rd floor.

Are you coming by car? Since there are hardly any free parking options in the city centre, the paid parking garage at the “Galeria Kaufhof” department store on Schillerstraße might be a nearby alternative for you.

Should you be coming by plane, you can either find a taxi straight in front of the airport “arrivals” exit or board a train transfer (called S-Bahn 5) from the airport to the city centre. Trains leave for Hanover central station (called Hannover-Hauptbahnhof) every 30 minutes. This service begins at 3.35 a.m. and ends at 1.05 a.m. Train tickets can be purchased at the vending machines near the entrance of the train station on the “departures” upper level between airport terminals C and D (elevators and escalators are available). The machines offer several languages as an option.

As soon as you arrive at Hanover central station, walk to the front of the station building. You can confirm you are going in the correct direction by following the decreasing numbers on the train platforms, as platform one (Gleis 1) is upfront. As soon as you leave the central station you will see the riding statue of Ernst August I. Born in Buckingham Palace and uncle of Queen Victoria, he was made king of Hanover back in 1837 when Victoria became queen, as German law prohibited female descendants to inherit the throne, thereby impeaching the continuation of a 123 years long personal union. The street the statue is facing is the Bahnhofstraße. You can walk three minutes to number 12, the building facing the “Apple Store”.

We all work in solidarity to prevent the spread of the corona virus. To protect our patients and our practice staff, we rely on certain preventive measures that can protect us all:

  • Refrain from shaking hands.
  • The practice staff and the doctors will wear a face mask.
  • Distance to other people, even in the waiting area, due to the larger distance between the chairs.
  • Disinfection of all frequently used surfaces every 30 minutes.
  • The coffee machine in the waiting area has been removed.
  • It is best to avoid the elevator and use the stairs.
